Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Outside EU?

All prices shown on the website are including tax. If your shipping address is outside the European Union and the total order price exceeds 50 euros, you'll be able to get a tax refund of 17,35% of the total order price.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
Only in perfect condition.
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
